Jewson Novices Handicap Chase

A handicap chase for inexperienced horses over 2m 5f which was introduced to the Cheltenham festival in 2005

Its normally wise to look to horses carrying under 11st 3lbs in handicaps at the festival

The last three winners of this race carried a weight of either 10st 11lbs or 10st 12lbs emphasising the need for a relatively unexposed horse.
