Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle

Previously known as the Brit Insurance Novices Hurdle this race was introduced to the festival in 2005 and is a three mile hurdle race for novices.

There have been no big surprises in the last four years with those towards the head of the market being successful.

All four winners so far had previously won a Grade One or Grade Two hurdle so although we only have four years to go on, it's probably best to look for a novice hurdler that has already proved thay have the quality to be up to running in a race such as this.
